A Good Samaritan saved Halloween for some trick-or-treaters at Charleston's Citadel Mall on Saturday. The owners of Holy City Cupcakes ran out of candy due to a large turnout and were forced to send trick-or-treaters away empty handed. That's when a customer stepped up and offered to buy everything in the display case - at a cost of $106 - and had the owners hand out their baked goods to the kids for free!
