Are there hospitals in the Babcock Ranch area?
Tampa General Hospital (TGH) currently operates an Urgent Care clinic in Babcock Ranch at The Shoppes at Yellow Pine. TGH is also set to open a 300-bed medical facility that will provide both preventative and primary care. When will the road be completed?
Construction work is ongoing on roadways in the Babcock Ranch area to improve traffic flow, vehicle access, drainage, and safety on State Road 31. SR31 itself will be widened from two to four lanes. The work is expected to finish in mid-2027.
