gb-color-21-flThe recent terrible events in Paris have drawn an outpouring of sympathy and help from around the world. Palm Beach County has joined with rest rest of the world to help the citizens of Paris recover from their recent tragedy by donating to charitable organizations. Several local businesses have been doing their part to raise money for disaster relief. The Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach donated 5 percent of its sales this past Sunday to the French Red Cross. The restaurant’s St. Tropez-born owner Julien Gremaud knew he needed to do something to help, and thought that a fundraiser was the best possible way to assist Parisians.

If you missed out on the Avocado Grill’s fundraiser, you can still help out the French Red Cross by purchasing products made by the Palm Beach Gardens-based distillery Perfect Vodka. The company will be donating $3 to $5 of every sale to the charity for the rest of November.
