Tiger Woods’ new restaurant, known as The Woods Jupiter, has officially opened its doors in Jupiter’s Harbourside Place. Offering “new American cuisine,” the restaurant offers patrons the opportunity to dine while watching their favorite sporting events on the many television screens located throughout the restaurant. According to Woods, he wanted to open a sports and dining club in the area where he lived, as he wanted to help support the local community. The Tiger Woods Dining Experience Located at 129 Soundings Avenue, Woods Jupiter offers both table and booth seating. It also features a private dining room as well as an indoor/outdoor lounge, where Woods has stated he homes people can “meet friends, watch sports on TV and enjoy a great meal.” Local craft beers will be available, as will a variety of wines and cocktails. Currently, the new restaurant is only open for dinner. Lunch services will begin on September 12, with plans to be open until 11:00 pm on Sunday through Thursday. The restaurant will be open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition to opening a new restaurant in Jupiter, Woods has also signed a lease for Tiger Woods Design to move to the Harbourside Place entertainment complex. Tiger Woods Design sells merchandise and designs golf courses. The company’s office is located above the Bravo Cucina Italiana restaurant. The Jupiter Difference Opened on October 1, 2014, Harbourside Place is a $150 million waterfront project located at the corner of U.S. 1 and Indiantown Road in Jupiter. The development, which is also home to a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and the Wyndham Grand Jupiter Hotel, is just minutes away from Woods’ palatial Jupiter Island home. Harbourside Place is just one example of the expansion taking place in Jupiter and the amenities that are available to its residents. Rated as the 9th Happiest Seaside Town in America by Coastal Living in 2012, Jupiter is home to the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, which is a nonprofit facility for injured animals. The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, which has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1973, is also located in the town.
