Gray Welton

Raised in Jupiter, Gray understands the intangible benefits of life in South Florida, with its unmatched weather, culture and lifestyle. After briefly relocating to Santa Monica, CA there is no place that compares to the coastal freedom Florida has to offer.

A graduate of Florida State University, Gray received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and supplemental education in international business operations and cross-cultural communication while living in Valencia, Spain for six months. Afterward, Gray drew inspiration from his loved ones after bearing witness to generations of his family involved in real estate and development in Florida and beyond. Now, Gray follows in their footsteps, including grandfather Gordon Gray, creator of The Loxahatchee Club and mother Diane Gray, a fellow successful Broker Associate at NV Realty Group.

Given his vast understanding of the real estate market in Florida, coupled with the unique perspective he’s acquired from traveling to over 34 countries and living in various states across the country, Gray has the business knowledge to best assist his clients with making strategic real estate decisions. Known for his tenacity, integrity and natural propensity for service, Gray prioritizes the client experience and strives to go above and beyond all expectations to deliver seamless transactions for all.

In his spare time, Gray enjoys golfing, triathlon training, boating on the Jupiter Inlet and spending time with his family and friends.
