Mr. Buchholz is a highly motivated leader with over 30 years in law enforcement followed by a successful career in sales. He has applied his managerial and administrative experience to the building of an enviable sales record both as a business owner and turnaround agent. From a beginning with Century 21 Albany Realty Group, a company owned by his wife Kathleen, Mr. Buchholz earned his qualification as a New York Real Estate Broker in a short period of time. Mr. Buchholz holds a Masters’ degree in Public Administration, a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. He is a licensed Florida real estate broker, the former Editor-in-Chief of The Gray Rider, a publication of the Association of Retired New York Troopers.
