Aero Club

The Wellington Aero Club is a private aeronautical community consisting of 248 single family homes located in the Village of Wellington. The luxurious Mediterranean and Key West style estates offer four to six bedroom floor plans and range from $1 million upward to $4 million. Each home site sits on approximately one acre of land. Some homes feature their own private hangar, runway, and tie-down.

A 4,000 foot lighted and paved runway sits in the center of the community, and it is used solely for Aero Club residents. The runway is approved for jets up to 12,000 lbs, and all taxiways feature “truegrid,” which prevents sinking of aircraft after heavy rains. Aviation gas is available at the on-site refueling facility. Since the runway is centrally located within the community, runway access is timely and convenient.

Wellington Aero Club residents not only enjoy the luxury of flying right to their doorstep but also have access to the community pool, spa and clubhouse.
