As a Broker Associate, Ann specializes in residential real estate for buyers, sellers, and investors with a keen focus on service. This focus, coupled with her knowledge and energy is evidenced by numerous distinctions including the Realtor of the Year for 2012 by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors whose professional members exceed 5000. This award is given to those who have gone above and beyond in their profession, the Realtor Association, and in the community. Memberships include the Center For Women and Charleston Women in International Trade. She served on the Board of Directors for both the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and the South Carolina Realtor Association for five years.
Ann was on the Board of Directors and served as the 2013 Chairperson for The Education Foundation (an initiative of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce) whose mission it is to enhance the region’s economy by strengthening public education. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Community in Schools and Harleston Neighbor-2-Neighbor.
Since moving to Charleston in 1991, Ann resides downtown with her husband David. She is a fitness advocate, a knowledge seeker, and sharer, and is committed to value through service for her clients. Originally from Reading, PA, she maintains and cherishes close ties with her 12 siblings and extended family.
