A native of Washington, D.C., Bill Britton has been a resident of South Carolina since graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1970. After getting his real estate brokers license in 1979, Bill has specialized in developing, building, and marketing new home and boutique neighborhoods in private gated and resort communities on both the South Carolina coast and the Upstate of SC.
Bill currently serves as the broker agent and partner in the Salt Marsh Townhomes at Seabrook. He moved to Seabrook in 2014 to oversee the marketing and sales efforts.
Recognizing an ongoing lack of new home choices on Seabrook, Bill requested and received unanimous approval from the Seabrook Island ARC in 2017 to develop a turnkey building program. The New Home Collection at Seabrook Island is a seamless building program for those who do not wish to go through the arduous, time-consuming process of building a custom home from scratch. NHC is comprised of a design and building team, ARC pre-approved custom plans, and all-inclusive fixed building prices.
Known for his creativity and friendly personality, Bill's says his keys to any success is building relationships and building trust with people. His experience gives him an in-depth understanding of what is important to people when searching for their seasonal or permanent home in a resort environment.
During his free time, Bill enjoys playing golf and tennis. His volunteer work includes serving as a board member of the Sea Island Hunger Awareness Foundation, and the coordinator for the Water Wellness Mission. In addition, Bill is a member of the grant and membership committees with the Kiawah Seabrook Exchange Club.
