Cherie Gallagher was born and raised in Minnesota, and earned her law degree in Ohio. Having lived in multiple states before settling in South Carolina, Cherie understands the unique circumstances surrounding the relocation to a new state. A resident of Kiawah Island, Cherie is also extremely knowledgeable about the activities, amenities, and social life opportunities the area has to offer.
Known for her tenacity, Cherie enjoys digging into the challenges faced by her clients in today's overwhelming tide of ownership issues. She is devoted to helping her clients reach their buying or selling goals, and will loyally offer her knowledge and energy to assist them along the way.
Having worked for State Farm Insurance for 13 years and later for the Mediation Center of the Southern Piedmont as a mediator in criminal, civil and community cases, Cherie has an extensive background in customer service and negotiation. She has also held a Real Estate Broker's License in North Carolina since 2002.
During her free time, Cherie enjoys playing Bunko, reading, watching classic movies, teaching water aerobics, and attending Stingrays and Riverdog games. She also enjoys long walks on the beach and exploring the Lowcountry.
