I wanted to send my comments on my recent experience purchasing a home with Lee Lindler. It would take pages to describe all the ways that Lee had my back and looked out for my interests through every step of the process--from his knowledge of construction to his amazing negotiating skills. He is a man of many talents and skills that all contribute to making him better than other realtors. I've done a lot of real estate and my mother was an outstanding realtor who spoiled me for other realtors, until I met Lee. I wouldn't let a friend buy a house without him. I feel so fortunate to have found him.
We live overseas, and were staying in Seabrook for a long weekend. We dropped into the Golden Bear office by chance, and were introduced to Lee... he listened to our requirements, and took us immediately to visit two fabulous properties literally before we flew back home. We knew nothing about buying a house in the US, and Lee made himself available, by phone, text and email, at all times, in order to help us navigate the challenges of being a foreign buyer. In addition, he gave us advice on legal, tax, the local club, insurance, banking etc etc. In the end, we were successful with our offer, and Lee's advice was crucial in getting a good deal for us, including all furniture so that the property went immediately into the rental pool. Without asking, Lee sent a video for us to be able to catalogue the furniture within the property . In addition to helping us with the close, he also helped get us connected with the Seabrook Club, POA, etc etc so that we wouldn't miss out on any activities. Just before we took possession, Lee's role was not done. He went over to the property whilst it was being cleaned prior to our arrival to make sure it was in good shape. The Urban myth is that he was putting sheets on one of the beds... We have bought a number of houses before, and Lee was an outstanding realtor. He is incredibly responsive, hardworking, honest and diligent. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone else considering needing a realtor in the area.
