Long-time residents of Florida who recently moved to Babcock Ranch, the husband and wife team of Bradley and Joan Henry have 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. With Brad formerly residing in Texas and born and with roots in New York, Joan is a 50-year Florida resident, the couple also brings a unique perspective to those who may be moving to the Sunshine State from another state.
A hardworking and energetic real estate professional, Brad also holds a Florida General Contractor's license and is a problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively with Joan and her skills. A personable real estate agent with a positive outlook, Joan is a happy, smart and helpful real estate professional who enjoys conducting research and genuinely listening to her clients to better understand their needs. Joan is also a lawyer practicing in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, zoning and small business law.
During their free time, Brad and Joan both enjoy traveling. Joan is also an avid reader who enjoys biking and the outdoors. In addition, she is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Local Chapters of Business Women, the Hispanic Chamber of Southwest Florida and is a Rotarian. She has also served as a board member for both the Community Foundation and Hispanic Chamber of Southwest Florida and has volunteered with HOPE Hospice.
