Specializing in golf communities, particularly within Babcock Ranch and Cape Coral, Sarah Neyhart spent two decades residing in Tucson, Arizona, before relocating to Florida. Drawing on her recent experience as a Florida transplant, Sarah knows the ins and outs of moving to the Sunshine State and all the resources you need to make such a big move.
With a comprehensive professional background spanning 20 years as the proprietor of her own photography studio, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, web design, social media consulting, and real estate photography. Her involvement in the design process of renovating nearly 100 homes basically makes her the superhero your house didn’t know it needed.
Known for her creativity and problem solving abilities, Sarah is someone who likes to think outside of the box and move onto solutions rather than dwelling on the problem. “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.” She lets her heart guide her intentions as she strives to make the world around her better, impacting individuals one client at a time.
When she’s not on the job, Sarah’s belting out tunes, strumming her guitar, putting pen to paper, soaking up nature, and diving into photography. These pursuits have led her on a journey to write about rocks and teach others to play with nature. Sarah lives with her boyfriend Matt, his three making kids, and two kitties. Her greatest achievement is raising her 19 year daughter, Ruthie. Ruthie makes her mama proud as an engineer student at Oregon State University and marine reservist!
