Theodore "Theo" Chronos is a seasoned real estate professional licensed in both Georgia and Florida. Born into a lineage of developers and real estate professionals, he has absorbed invaluable knowledge and experience from three generations of industry excellence. A former resident of Georgia for 20 years, Theo decided to make Florida his home in 2023. Therefore, he offers a unique perspective to those who may also be moving to The Sunshine State from a different state.
Known for his excellent communication skills and strong work ethic, Theo is a passionate, strong and sociable real estate professional who is always looking out for the best interest of others. Networking and building relationships are among his greatest strengths.
During his free time, Theo is a scratch golfer who enjoys playing with new people. While residing in Georgia, he also volunteered at the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia and with Habitat for Humanity. In addition, he is a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and the Real Estate Society at the University of Georgia, where he is currently pursuing a degree in Housing Management and Policy, and he is the DGD Fund Director of Communication.
