A 25-year resident of the Charleston area who is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Jay also knows what it is like to move to a new state. These experiences allow Jay to better assist transplants as well as those who have always called Charleston their home.

As a former owner of a home building company and an insurance agency for more than 25 years, he not only can he help his clients identify potential issues with a property, but he can also give an effective estimation of what will be required to make any necessary repairs or modifications to the property.

Known for his dedication and diligence, Jay is a high-energy real estate agent who is highly knowledgeable about the Charleston real estate market. In addition to serving as the President of the Darrell Creek Home Owners Association in Mt. Pleasant, Jay is also a real estate investor who owns 8 rental properties. Having flipped many properties successfully, Jay enjoys helping other investors do the same.

During his free time, Jay enjoy spending time with his wife and six children. He is also very involved with his local church, where he participates in outreach programs and assists with the planning of international missions. Some of his favorite pastimes include golfing, boating and photography.
