The fourth annual Delray Beach festival celebrating the sea’s edible bounty starts this Saturday at 11 a.m. The free event will feature wines from all over the world, local seafood vendors, and live music. Attendees will also get a chance to drop Delray Beach city leaders in a dunk tank to raise funds for education. The festival, which runs until Sunday evening, is hosted by the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce.
