Izzy’s Fish & Oyster, a new seafood concept from Jamie DeRosa, is opening in Miami Beach. The restaurant will feature dishes inspired by DeRosa’s summer vacations in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Boston cream pie, crab BLTs and lobster rolls will all make an appearance on the new restaurant’s menu. DeRosa thinks Izzy’s is the first New England style seafood restaurant in South Beach. The restaurant will also serve cocktails from mixologist Maxwell Parise, as well as local microbrews.
