Last month, golf legend and North Palm Beach resident Jack Nicklaus announced his partnership with Justin Thomas on a brand new golf course design in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The community, Panther National, is characterized by its ultra modern architecture, opulent amenities, wellness incentives, and commitment to clean energy. It is the first new golf club community in Palm Beach Gardens in 20 years, and it is tailored toward families who wish to enjoy an active lifestyle in an luxurious, eco-friendly environment.

Encompassing 400 acres of tropical terrain, Panther National abuts Ibis Golf and Country Club and the Estates Course of PGA National. Panther National prides itself on building elegant, eco-conscious estates, incorporating green technologies, showcasing opulent amenities, and providing exemplary service. A purist club, the community centers around golf and includes an 18-hole championship course, nine-hole Par 3 course, short game putting area, premier practice facility, and training studio that uses ball-tracing technology. Of course, skilled golf professionals are on hand to offer lessons, tips, and assistance whenever needed. As a nod to golf’s history, Nicklaus and Thomas are building bunkers along the course with sand from each of the four majors: The Master’s, The U.S. Open, The Open, and the PGA Championship.

Apart from golf, other amenities in Panther National include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, tennis courts, yoga studio, full-service spa, tranquil swimming pool, clubhouse, fine dining, coinceriage, and 24-hour security. The Lifestyle Wellness Center offers educational seminars, exercise classes, and holistic treatments, and on-site restaurants serve farm-to-table, locally sourced entrees.

Real estate in Panther National consists of 218 custom estates that range in size from 4,100 square feet to nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor living space. Designed by architect Max Strang, a Florida-based firm well known for its contemporary coastal homes, the estates at Panther National showcase a signature “environmental modernism” approach. Tesla Technologies, which recently announced its partnership with Panther National, will provide each home with solar roofs, batteries, and EV chargers. Since these are custom homes, owners will work with the design team to determine floor plans and finishes as well as to characterize the home to reflect personal styles. Collectively, the community will contain 139 lots on .30 acre; 58 lots on .50 acre; and 21 lots on a full acre. The anticipated home price will range from $3.2 million to more than $10 million, depending on size and appointments, and reservations for future purchase are presently available.

Panther National neighbors Avenir, a 4,752 sustainable community and commercial development. When complete, Avenir will showcase 3,900 homes, two million square feet of office space, and 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate. Out of the nearly 4,800 acres, 2,400 acres will remain as an undeveloped nature preserve, and 300 acres will transform into freshwater lakes and waterways. Residents of Panther National will appreciate the short golf cart ride to Avenir’s Town Center, which will contain eclectic restaurants, pubs, and specialty shops. Additionally, residents are a short drive away from numerous shopping destinations, theaters, and restaurants in downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, and Jupiter, Florida. The International Palm Beach Polo Club, Wellington Equestrian Festival, Kravis Performing Arts Center, Gardens Mall, the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, and, of course, the azure Atlantic Ocean with its white sand beaches, are all located just a few miles away.

Located off Northlake Boulevard, Panther National is ideally situated close to the Florida Turnpike and I-95, making commutes into neighboring cities very convenient. As an added bonus, the Palm Beach International Airport is only a few miles away. For residents with personal jets, a private airport is adjacent to the club.
