Billy Joel has been playing the Palm Beach County real estate market, and he’s done pretty well for himself. The “Uptown Girl” singer purchased a 7-bedroom house and a vacant lot in Manalapan in 2014 for $11.8 million and $6.5 million respectively. After doing some major renovations, both properties are now on the market  for far more than he originally purchased them for. If he succeeds at selling them for his asking prices, he’ll have made a cool $11 million profit.
