The man who was responsible for popularizing Syrah grapes in California is stopping by Cafe Boulud Palm Beach on November 5th. Randall Grahm, known as the “Rhone Ranger” for his love of grapes from that region, first became interested in Syrah when his early efforts with Pinot Noir went sour. Grahm will host a special wine-themed dinner. Each dish of the prix-fixe $85 meal will be paired with one of Grahm’s signature terroir-focused wines.
