AR Homes are available in five floor models: Avila, Brisbane, Turtle Bay, Captiva, and Shearwater. Captiva and Shearwater both boast a contemporary coastal, Low Country design, which features wide front porches, coffered ceilings, large kitchen islands, open floor plans and private backyard swimming pools.
