Located on White Point Boulevard in James Island, the small community of White Point features mostly brick ranch and traditional style homes built in the early 1980’s through the late 1990’s. The custom-built homes within the White Point community, which range in size from 2,500 to 6,000 square feet, typically feature at least two full baths and three to five bedrooms. Many of the homes also boast amazing views of the harbor and the Ravenel Bridge. As one of the closet neighborhoods to downtown Charleston, White Point provides its residents with easy access to all of the restaurants, shops and other amenities the area has to offer. The neighborhood also features a private dock with deep water access.
