Situated just to the north of Charleston, the mixed-use community if I’On Village is known for its thoughtful planning, remarkable architecture and natural beauty. As one of the first full-time residential new urban communities in the United States, I’On Village set a high bar for future developments. In addition to boasting lovely lakes and creeks, the community also offers ample green space and miles of trails coupled with a number of fine restaurants and offices. The I’On Club, which is within easy walking or biking distance from each home within the community, offers a swimming pool, tennis and fitness facilities, kids camps, social events and year-round instructors to help members improve their tennis and fitness skills. The Club also features a red-roofed conference and reception area along the banks of Hobcaw Creek. I’On Village offers approximately hundreds of single-family homes surrounding a village square. Most of the homes within the community feature a front porch measuring at least eight feet in depth, high ceilings and handcrafted fences.
