Located off Longpoint Road near to Boone Hall and Charleston County Park, the family-friendly subdivision of Longpoint offers easy access to I-526, Towne Centre and the Belle Hall Shopping Centre. The Francis Marion National Forest is also nearby, as are many of the area beaches. The nearby 943-acre Palmetto Islands County Park, which features a 50-foot observation tower, a kayak launch, paved trails, a sand volleyball court and a tidal creek, is a favorite attraction among residents.
